Do we need to know what technology we want?
No. Tell us what’s getting in the way and we’ll work through the options with you. That might mean changing how the work is done, making better use of tools you already have, or building something new.
Do you work with small businesses and larger organisations?
Yes. We work with individuals, small teams and larger organisations. We’ll agree on an approach that fits your team, the work involved and how your organisation runs.
How do you price the work?
We agree what’s included and what it will cost before starting an assessment. Once the requirements are clear, we quote delivery in fixed-price stages. Ongoing support can use a monthly agreement or flexible time-and-materials work, with scope and pricing agreed before we start.
Can you support our existing IT?
Yes. Our Ongoing Technology Care can cover specific applications and systems, or your wider IT setup. Standard support is 9 am to 5 pm, Melbourne time, on business days, with support outside those hours available by arrangement.
